Renewable energy specialist Nu Energy has confirmed its participation at the Master Builders' Building & Home Improvement Expo in Melbourne. Marketing coordinator Benn Wheeler confirmed the company would showcase a range of solar energy products at the event.
"Nu Energy is one of Australia's leading renewable energy solutions companies, with 25 years experience in the solar industry," he said. "Since its inception, Nu Energy has installed thousands of residential and commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar hot water systems throughout Australia. With a focus on providing the highest quality products and services, Nu Energy is helping its customers achieve a more environmentally and financially sustainable alternative to their electricity and water heating needs."
Thanks to the Federal Government's sustainability targets, renewable energy was becoming more and more affordable for all Australians, he added.
"Furthermore, in 2012, changes to Federal legislation will outlaw the installation of electric hot water systems in all households, meaning the only solution available for households without access to natural gas will be to install electric boosted solar hot water systems."
Nu Energy would participate in the Sustainability on Show feature of Master Builders' Building & Home Improvement Expo, to educate customers on the benefits of installing sustainable solutions to harness the power of the sun.
"For a limited time only, Nu Energy is also offering a 1.5kW solar PV system fully installed in Victoria from as little as $2999 and a Dux heat pump from as little as $850."
The Master Builders' Building & Home Improvement Expo will take place from 9-11 July at Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
